Why didn’t I get a confirmation email?
You’ll receive two emails (Please check your junk & spam mailbox) from us: one right after booking to confirm we’ve received your order for the chosen date, and another at least a day before your display date to confirm your hourly time slot. If you don’t receive the first confirmation email within an hour of booking, please email us at contact@showme.com.my with your display date and name.
Content Guidelines
All submitted content is reviewed to ensure it aligns with ShowMe’s community guidelines for safety, inclusion, and authenticity. Got questions? Check out some frequently asked questions below.
What's Allowed
- Original photos and videos you created
- Social media handles
- Links to social media profiles
- Content in English or Bahasa Malaysia
What’s Not Allowed
- Payment information
- Political or religious messages
- Content that doesn't belong to you
- Gambling-related posts
- Content only in Chinese
- Explicit or vulgar content
- Content related to liquor, beer, or parties
Video Specifications
Length: For maximum impact, keep your videos short and sweet. Videos should be 15 seconds or less. Only the first 15 seconds will be displayed.
Resolution
Your video or photo should be:
- Long screen: 2176px (W) x 576px (H)
- Short screen: 640px (W) x 576px (H)
Note: All video submissions are subject to review by ShowMe and must adhere to local regulations and government advertising guidelines.
ShowMe is a versatile digital out-of-home platform catering to both businesses and individuals. The platform allows you to create and display content on digital screens in public places with ease.

Visit showme.com.my and click on “Book Now” to choose the billboard and booking type that suits your needs. Schedule when you want your content to appear and complete the checkout process.
After completing your booking, you’ll receive an initial confirmation email within the next hour. This email will contain all the key details about your booking.
Closer to the event date, you can expect a second email containing additional details.
If you do not receive the confirmation within an hour, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us! We’re happy to answer any questions and ensure you have a smooth experience.
Your content is scheduled to appear on the screen at the specified date and time according to your booking details. Please check your confirmation email for more information.
Your photo must be in .JPG or .PNG format. Our billboards display both portrait and landscape orientations, so ensure you upload the appropriate image format.
- BILLBOARD A: 10:9 aspect ratio or 640 pixels wide x 576 pixels high
- BILLBOARD B: 34:9 aspect ratio or 2176 pixels wide x 576 pixels high
After uploading, you will have the option to crop your photo to fit the desired dimensions.
Your content may have been rejected for not complying with our guidelines, which prohibit elements such as brand logos, smoking, violence, nudity, or vulgarity. Please reach out to our customer service for more information.
You are not permitted to upload any content containing brand logos, smoking, violence, nudity, or vulgarity. Images containing any of these elements will not be accepted.
Please submit only content that you own and ensure it does not include inappropriate material like nudity or violence. Additionally, only content in English (UK/US) and Bahasa Malaysia are permissible.
All bookings are considered final, but we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Please reach out to us if you have any concerns or special requests.
Once content is submitted, it cannot be altered, so please review it carefully before finalising your submission.
