RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing ShowMe for your billboard advertising needs. We strive to provide you with the highest quality service and satisfaction. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making any placement.

Refunds

  1. In any event ShowMe is unable to fulfill the customer’s order (e.g. failed to display), we will issue a full refund to the customer.
  1. In any case customers would like to withdraw or cancel their order due to personal reasons (e.g. change of mind) after the order is confirmed, RM30 will be charged for administration fees.
  1. Once the refund application is approved, ShowMe will initiate a refund to the customer’s credit card (or original method of payment).

ShowMe reserves the right to deny refund or return requests if it do not meet our Return & Refund Policy guidelines.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at contact@showme.com.my. We may require proof of purchase and any relevant documentation to process your refund request.

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days upon on approval. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
