Why didn’t I get a confirmation email?

You will always get 2 emails from us. The first one, just after you booked, confirming we received your order for the date you picked. You will get the second email, confirming your hourly time slot, at least day prior to display date. If you don’t get an email confirmation from us within 1 hour of your booking, please send us an email at contact@showme.com.my confirming your date of display and your name.

After booking, you’ll receive an initial confirmation email. A second email with further details will follow prior to the event date. If confirmation isn’t received within an hour, please contact us.
Your content will appear on the scheduled date, and time.
Only submit content you own. Avoid anything inappropriate such as nudity or violence. No advertisements or commercial messages are allowed.
All bookings are final; however, please contact us for exceptional circumstances. Once content is submitted, it cannot be altered.
We can email you proof that your content was on the billboard, this may incur charges.
Our customer support is available via email and phone.
Your content should fit the dimensions and file types we support. Lower resolution might affect display quality, so adhere to our guidelines.
