(“ShowMe”) and its subsidiaries, affiliates, related and associated companies (collectively “The Group” and any reference to “we”, “us” or “our” shall include any member of the Group) respects and is committed to the protection of your personal data and your privacy. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how the Group collects and handles your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 of Malaysia. Please note that ShowMe may amend this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice and will notify you of any such amendment via our website or by such other means of communication as deemed suitable by ShowMe.

The Group, whether directly or through our authorized agents and representatives, collects your personal data whether directly from you or indirectly from third parties such as our authorised agents, dealers or representatives, your legal representatives, agents, credit reference agencies and/or your employer when you whether directly or through your legal representatives, agents and/or employers provide your personal data to the Group in any manner in connection with any transaction, arrangements and/or enquiries made with the Group including when you send us completed enquiry, booking and/or registration forms via various means, including online and physical hardcopies at public venues or in any of our premises. The Group is not responsible for the content on such linked third-party websites and users should observe the separate privacy policies applicable to the respective third parties website.

The Group may collect information about your visits to the AdEasy Websites without you actively submitting such information. Unidentifiable information may be collected using various technologies, such as cookies, and web beacons.

You have the right to access and correct your personal data held by us. We will make every endeavour to ensure your personal data is accurate and up to date and therefore we ask that if there are changes to your information you should notify us directly at the contact details set out in Paragraph 6 below and identify the relevant entity/division within the Group with whom you have dealing.

Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing ShowMe for your billboard advertising needs. We strive to provide you with the highest quality service and satisfaction. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making any placement.

Refunds

In any event ShowMe is unable to fulfill the customer’s order (e.g. failed to display), we will issue a full refund to the customer.
In any case customers would like to withdraw or cancel their order due to personal reasons(e.g. change of mind) after the order is confirmed, RM30will be charged for administration fees.
Once the refund application is approved, ShowMewill initiate a refund to the customer’s credit card (or original method of payment).

ShowMereserves the right to deny refund or return requests if it do not meet our Return & Refund Policy guidelines.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at contact@showme.com.my. We may require proof of purchase and any relevant documentation to process your refund request.

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days upon on approval. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
